Job summary

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, coaching team members, performing performance reviews, and supporting Kaizen events and Lean Sigma initiatives to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma with 3+ years leadership and supervision in manufacturing.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and achieve operational results through delegation and teamwork.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations systems and lean Sigma principles.
• Strong problem-solving, time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and professional behavior.
