Job summary

FIS is seeking an experienced finishing machine operator to set up and run a range of automated finishing equipment on the Columbus, OH production floor. You will load materials, configure settings, and ensure products meet client specifications.

You will also monitor quality, perform adjustments, and document usage and time for cost tracking and billing. This full-time role requires background in fast production environments, with strong attention to detail and the ability to operate multiple

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; typically 2+ years relevant experience.
• Job complexity ranges from routine to moderately difficult; some decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing machines (folder, Muller, die cutter, guillotine, saddle stitcher).
• Support production by loading materials, selecting configurations and completing finishing per specs.
• Monitor production samples and perform adjustments to meet client specifications and quality checklists.
• Document material usage, scrap, and production time; enter data for cost tracking and billing.
