• Ability to log labor in ERP and/or manual logs accurately.
• Ability to work independently and perform basic math.
• Attention to detail and teamwork with departments.
• Willingness to work overtime.
• Flexible to switch areas and tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate issues to supervisor daily.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment and processes with speed and accuracy.
• Verify art specs match printed labels and ensure color accuracy.
• Ensure product meets customer specifications.
• Run rewinding and finishing equipment with quality and productivity standards.
• Slit and rewind stock with precision.
• Keep work area and supply areas organized and clean.
• Inform supervisor of key issues daily.
• Observe company policies and be a productive team member.
• Monitor sanitation, pest control, and contamination concerns.
