Job summary

FIS is seeking a dedicated Finishing Operator to support the production line. You will set up and operate a range of finishing machines, perform quality checks, and ensure packaging meets ticket instructions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Typically 2+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to operate and adjust finishing machinery.
• Able to read and follow job specification sheets.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate finishing machines per specifications (e.g., folder, die cutter, guillotine).
• Produce finished product including feeding, folding, cutting, stitching and packaging.
• Evaluate production samples and adjust operations to meet client specs.
• Document material usage, scrap and production time in Monarch for cost tracking.
