Job summary

Diamondback America is seeking a CNC Finisher/Deburr for a weekend shift to prep parts, deburr, and polish surfaces while supporting the production schedule. You will handle grinding, tumbling, and packaging, ensuring travelers are completed and parts meet quality standards.

The role requires at least one year with hand and power tools and forklift experience; background and drug screens are required. This on-site position offers benefits and opportunities for team growth and stability.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and cycle counts; maintain organization of products and travelers.
• Grind and remove burrs from surfaces during post-production.
• Ensure travelers are completed when processing product.
• Adhere to daily production schedule.
• Perform tumbling, deburring, and sand blasting.
• Polish and deburr metal parts as needed.
• Package product for shipment or further processing.
• Inspect parts and report cosmetic issues to team lead.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB TITLE: CNC Finisher/Deburr Weekend Shift

This role is responsible for prepping manufactured parts to get ready to ship out, while offering support to meet the production schedule.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience working with hand and power tools
• At least one year of experience operating a forklift
• Must be able to lift to/from floor up to 50 lbs.

CORE DUTIES

• Responsible for inventory management and performing cycle counts as needed, maintaining organization of products, and tracking travelers
• Grinding and removing excess material (burrs) from surfaces during the post-production process
• Ensure the use and completion of travelers when processing product
• Adhere to the daily production schedule
• Perform tumbling, deburring, and sand blasting
• Polish and deburr metal parts as needed
• Package product as needed for shipment and/or further internal and external processing
• Inspect parts and report any cosmetic issues to the team lead
• Other duties as assigned

HOURS

• Weekend shift position
• Friday through Sunday, 4:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
