Diamondback America is seeking a CNC Finisher/Deburr on the 2nd shift to prep manufactured parts for shipment and support the production schedule. You will remove burrs, polish surfaces, and ensure proper travelers are used during processing.

This role emphasizes attention to detail and adherence to daily production goals. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hand and power tools, forklift operation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Inventory management and cycle counts; maintain product organization and travelers.
• Grind and remove burrs from surfaces during post-production.
• Ensure travelers are used and completed when processing product.
• Adhere to the daily production schedule.
• Perform tumbling, deburring, and sand blasting.
• Polish and deburr metal parts as needed.
• Package product for shipment or further processing.
• Inspect parts and report cosmetic issues to team lead.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB TITLE: CNC Finisher/Deburr 2nd Shift

JOB SUMMARY

This role is responsible for prepping manufactured parts to get ready to ship out, while offering support to meet the production schedule.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of experience working with hand and power tools
• At least one year of experience operating a forklift
• Must be able to lift to/from floor up to 50 lbs.

CORE DUTIES

• Responsible for inventory management and performing cycle counts as needed, maintaining organization of products, and tracking travelers
• Grinding and removing excess material (burrs) from surfaces during the post-production process
• Ensure the use and completion of travelers when processing product
• Adhere to the daily production schedule
• Perform tumbling, deburring, and sand blasting
• Polish and deburr metal parts as needed
• Package product as needed for shipment and/or further internal and external processing
• Inspect parts and report any cosmetic issues to the team lead
• Other duties as assigned

HOURS

• 2nd shift position
• Monday through Thursday, 3:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Friday - overtime as needed

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
