Zusammenfassung

ARCH Medical Solutions – Seabrook is seeking a finishing technician to perform bead blast, tumbling, deburring, heat treatment and passivation. You will detect discrepancies, assist with training, and maintain a clean, safe work area in alignment with our quality systems.

Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read blueprints are essential. Prior medical device manufacturing experience is a plus, and on-site work is required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in manufacturing or medical device environments is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all activities within the finishing department, including but not limited to Bead Blast, Tumbler, Deburr, Heat Treat, and Passivation.
• Detect and report any discrepancies or questionable conditions to the Department Supervisor.
• Assist with the training and guidance of new team members and operators.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality system procedures.
• Ensure assigned activities are completed in accordance with Seabrook’s Quality System and regulatory standards.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or medical device environments is a plus but not required.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometers, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
