ARCH Medical Solutions – Seabrook is seeking a detail-oriented finishing technician to perform activities in the finishing department, including Bead Blast, Tumbler, Deburr, Heat Treat, and Passivation. You will read blueprints, inspect parts, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prefer manufacturing or medical device experience. We offer day-one benefits, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and competitive wages.

Formación

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Proficient use of calipers, micrometers, and hand gauges for dimensional inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all activities within the finishing department, including Bead Blast, Tumbler, Deburr, Heat Treat, and Passivation.
• Detect and report discrepancies or questionable conditions to the Department Supervisor.
• Assist with the training and guidance of new team members and operators.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow company safety policies and quality system procedures.
• Ensure activities are completed per Seabrook’s Quality System and regulatory standards.
