Job summary

ARCH Medical Solutions – Seabrook in Seabrook, NH is seeking a finishing technician to perform bead blast, tumbler, deburr, heat treat and passivation processes. You will read blueprints, inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, and uphold strict quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or medical device environments is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform finishing department activities (Bead Blast, Tumbler, Deburr, Heat Treat, Passivation).
• Detect and report discrepancies to the Department Supervisor.
• Assist training and guidance of new team members and operators.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow safety policies and quality system procedures.
• Ensure activities align with Seabrook’s Quality System and regulatory standards.
