Eaton Corporation's Critical Power Solutions division is seeking a Finished Goods Shipping Supervisor (1st shift) in Youngsville, NC. The role leads the shipping team to meet safety, quality, cost, on-time delivery, and productivity goals while improving product-line processes.

• Minimum of one year of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervision of assigned employees and uphold local policies.
• Coach and motivate staff to achieve high performance and skills development.
• Plan production activities with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to meet on-time delivery.
• Ensure documentation and system transactions meet requirements.
• Monitor in-process inventory to support production and inventory targets.
• Promote zero incident safety culture and enforce PPE and safety rules.
• Design and implement shipping processes to reduce cost and improve safety and productivity.
• Develop and audit engineering specs, BOMs, routers, and standard work.
• Investigate issues related to materials, tooling, equipment, and processes.
• Participate in safety/quality issue resolution and lean initiatives.
• Drive plant-wide continuous improvement projects and use Eaton management tools.
• Maintain departmental records on productivity, quality, and attendance.
