Job summary

Eaton Corporation, Critical Power Solutions, in Youngsville, NC, is seeking a Finished Goods Shipping Supervisor for the 1st shift. Base salary range is $86,000–$126,000 annually, with responsibilities including leading a shipping team, ensuring on-time delivery, safety, and continuous improvement.

You will coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to optimize production plans, maintain documentation, and drive Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or HS diploma with 5+ years in supply chain or distribution.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now and in the future.
Minimum of one year management experience

Responsibilities

Provide direct supervision for employees in assigned areas and coach and discipline as needed.
Plan production activities with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to meet on-time delivery.
Monitor in-process inventory to meet production requirements with minimal inventory impact.
Promote a Zero Incident Safety Culture and enforce PPE standards.
Design and implement shipping processes to reduce cost and improve safety, quality and productivity.
Maintain BOMs, Engineering Specs, Process Routers, and Standard Work for products.
Support LEAN initiatives and structured problem solving across the site.
Maintain timely communication of policies, procedures and important messages to employees.
Drive plant-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives and use Eaton management tools.
Ensure proper documentation and system transactions are completed per process requirements.
