Job summary

PPG is seeking a Finished Goods Supervisor within the USCA Powder Supply Chain to lead planning, scheduling, and toll production across multiple manufacturing locations. Based in the USCA Powder manufacturing network, you will drive customer service, inventory optimization, and schedule execution while building a high-performing planning team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain planning or scheduling roles.
• Proven leadership of teams and cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, inventory management, and ERP.
• Experience with Oracle, SAP, Power BI, Power Query, SQL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Finished Goods Planners, Production Schedulers, and Toll Production Planners across multiple locations.
• Provide leadership backup for planning and scheduling to ensure continuity and escalation management.
• Balance plans against demand, capacity, inventory, lead times, and priorities.
• Drive schedule governance, adherence, and continuous improvement across operations.
• Own finished goods inventory health, service levels, and planning execution performance.
