PPG is seeking a Demand Manager, COE Americas, to drive demand planning and analytical insights for the Aerospace Materials business across the U.S. and Canada. You will guide inventory, distribution, manufacturing, and financial planning, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, Americas COE.

The role includes leading a team, implementing SAP IBP, and partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations to shape demand forecasts and business plans. Onsite in multiple U.S. sites with up to 15% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in business, supply chain, analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, planning, or commercial sales.
• 2+ years leading or coaching teams.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency with Power BI and other analytics or data visualization tools.
• Experience with ERP systems for demand planning; QAD preferred.
• Experience implementing or managing demand planning tools.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM/CSCP preferred.
• Travel up to 15%.
• US Citizens, Green Card holders, or asylees/refugees eligible.

Mansioni

• Lead demand planning and alignment across the network.
• Develop rolling 18–24 month demand outlook using multiple data sources.
• Lead S&OP Demand Review and communicate risks & opportunities.
• Translate demand outlook into actionable inventory, distribution, and production planning insights.
• Partner with Sales, Commercial, Finance to align forecasts with revenue outlook.
• Coach and develop forecasting team; maintain forecast hierarchies and planning structures.
• Serve as business lead for SAP IBP implementation; define requirements.
• Use forecast accuracy and bias analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
