Job summary

Mt. Olive Pickle Company Inc. seeks an experienced Process Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical background and solid electrical skills to support our high-volume food processing operations.

You will help ensure equipment reliability, optimize production processes, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. Under supervision, you will set up and operate relish line equipment, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to sustain

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on mechanical work in manufacturing, industrial maintenance or a related field.
Ability to read mechanical drawings, use precision measurement tools and operate basic shop equipment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate relish line equipment and related machinery.
Coordinate with operators to ensure correct product and formula are used.
Monitor production parameters, identify deviations, and adjust to maintain quality and throughput.
Assist maintenance and operators in repairing equipment on the relish line.
Train new personnel and maintain a clean, safe work area.
Follow safety rules and company policies.
