Qualifications

• High school or equivalency required.
• Ability to read, speak and write English.
• Math skills include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Basic computer skills required; CRC (Bronze level or higher) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates equipment; checks latest packing schedule before setting up line.
• Monitors to ensure product adheres to food safety and quality limits; coverage by trained staff when absent.
• Performs quality checks of labels and coding on assigned line.
• Keeps records of downtime and product checks.
• Adjusts line speeds as needed.
• Performs daily and weekly pre-operational checks on assigned equipment.
• Cleans and maintains assigned work area.
• Works on various lines as needed.
• Follows safety rules and company policies.
