Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates one piece of equipment; checks latest packing schedule before setup.
• Monitors product to ensure food safety and quality; coverage by trained coworker when absent.
• Performs quality checks on labels and coding; records downtime and product checks.
• Adjusts line speeds; conducts daily/weekly pre-ops and inspections.
• Cleans and maintains work area; works on multiple lines as needed.
• Follows safety rules and company policies.
• Assists in training seasonal Machine Laborers.
• Participates in meetings or project teams as appropriate.
