Qualifications

• High school or equivalent required; additional trades training a plus.
• Ability to read, write and speak English strongly preferred.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required.
• Basic computer skills; use of charts and forms.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment; check latest packing schedule before setup.
• Monitor to ensure product meets food safety and quality limits.
• Perform quality checks on labels and coding on the line.
• Maintain downtime records and adjust line speeds as needed.
• Conduct daily/weekly checks on equipment; clean and maintain area.
• Work on multiple lines; follow safety rules and company policies.
• Assist in training seasonal Machine Laborers; perform other tasks as directed.
