Job summary

Textron in Fort Worth seeks an experienced NDT Inspector for the second shift to verify product conformance using visual inspection and nondestructive testing methods, including LPI and MPI per NAS 410. You will calibrate and operate NDI equipment and document findings in routine records.

The role requires three years of inspection experience, NAS 410 Level II certification, and the ability to re-certify and train as needed, with reliable communication skills in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years related inspection experience including finishes, coatings and processes.
• Three (3) years’ experience as a certified Level II Liquid Penetrant Inspector and a Magnetic Particle Inspector per NAS 410 or equivalent and able to re-certify at Bell.
• Must be able to provide documentation of formal training and experience hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and audit in accordance with work instructions to determine product acceptance by visual examination and with nondestructive testing methods.
• Inspect parts, assemblies and materials for defects in finishes, coatings and processes.
• Complete process checks and maintain adequate records.
