Job summary

TBEI - Lake Crystal in Minnesota is seeking a Finish Painter to join our manufacturing team. Work involves setting up and operating painting equipment to finish truck bodies or parts, with emphasis on quality and safety.

Starting pay up to $25 per hour. Candidates should be prepared for physical tasks, ability to read instructions, adjust equipment, and work in various positions. EOE.

Qualifications

• Two year's education or equivalent knowledge in automotive painting.
• Ability to manually move product and material up to 50 pounds through regular heavy physical exertion, including but not limited to: lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending. Using overhead hoists requires ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to paint in a variety of positions including but no limited to: kneeling, crouching, bending, twisting, turning and climbing; while working on concrete surfaces, ladders and inside dump bodies.
• Ability to determine and make painting equipment adjustments as needed, read complicated instructions, use measuring devices and perform basic computer data entry.
• Ability to learn operations of multiple machines/jigs.
• Ability to successfully complete a pulmonary exam and medical questionnaire to be evaluated by the company appointed PLHCP in order to wear a respirator.
