Job summary

Penmac Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finish Grade Operator/Construction Superintendent in Arkansas to lead a crew of up to five and manage site grading, excavation, and safety.

You will ensure work meets project specs while coordinating equipment, manpower, and materials to maintain schedules. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of heavy equipment operation, leadership experience, and strong communication with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Proven experience with track hoes, dozers, and mini excavators.
• Previous crew leadership or superintendent experience preferred.
• Ability to read site plans and coordinate with team members.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including track hoes, dozers, and mini excavators.
• Perform finish grading and ensure site work meets specifications.
• Supervise and direct daily activities of field crews (up to 5).
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to stay on schedule.
• Monitor site safety and ensure company policies are followed.
