Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Project Manager – Finish Development to lead finish development for NPIs across product groups. You will own development after concept approval, drive site standardization and production validation, and ensure finishes meet scope, time, and quality.

You will coordinate with Design & Innovation, finish technicians, sourcing, and operations, champion data-driven workflows, and advance digital tools such as SharePoint lists, automated workflows, and Power BI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
5+ years of project management experience preferred.
Experience leading cross-functional projects to on-time completion.
Familiarity with finish processes and color measurement is a plus.
Experience with digital tools (SharePoint, Power BI) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead finish development for NPIs, site standardization, and production validation.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and tracking.
Lead cross-functional project teams toward launch goals.
Review site standards and approvals against universal master targets.
Manage external finish vendors and coatings suppliers.
Support continuous improvement of processes and digital tools.
