Job summary

Partners In Recovery LLC is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to lead finishing initiatives in a hands-on supervisory role. You will manage and improve all aspects of finishing processes, select materials and methods, drive R&D, and ensure quality and durability to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and project management capabilities.
• Proactive, creative mindset to drive new methods and technology.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Deep understanding of finish equipment, materials, techniques and best practices.
• Minimum 5-7 years of finish experience in wood manufacturing.
• Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, optimize, consolidate and document all finishing processes.
• Develop and implement new technologies and manufacturing improvements.
• Supervise and mentor two Finish Technicians.
• Vendor management: primary contact for finish vendors and ensure standards.
• Implement quality control procedures; use data-driven analysis to reduce defects.
• Lead safety, compliance and process documentation initiatives.
