Job summary

MasterBrand in Jasper, IN is seeking a Project Manager – Finish Development to lead finish development for NPIs, drive site standardization, and validate production. You will manage cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure timely launches across brands.

You will coordinate with Design & Innovation, Sourcing, and Operations, while advancing digital tools (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) and leveraging color management standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional projects to on-time completion.
• Demonstrated project management software experience preferred, such as MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.
• Familiarity with industrial wood finishing processes and related coatings preferred.
• Understanding of color management and measurement (e.g., X-Rite / LAB values) a plus.
• Experience managing external vendors/suppliers and qualification processes (e.g., FAIR) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience improving processes and building digital tools and workflows — e.g., SharePoint lists and forms, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI — strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive finish development for NPIs, site standardization, and production validation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and tracking for finish programs.
• Lead cross-functional teams toward finish launch goals and target dates.
• Maintain meeting minutes, action items, and status updates across programs.
• Participate in Universal Master review and ensure approvals and lab targets alignment.
• Manage external finish vendors and coatings suppliers through iterations and approvals.
• Coordinate storage and distribution of universal masters from Jasper to vendors/sites.
• Support cross-brand finish strategy alignment and data-driven decision making.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools, including digital workflows.
