• Minimum of 4 years of finish blade experience.
• Must value and have an appreciation for completing all work duties safely.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (days, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Perform operator/laborer duties on projects.
• Safely operate Blade and other equipment.
• Grade excavation and embankment materials.
• Perform finish grade work to specifications.
