Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is seeking a Finish Blade Operator to perform operator and laborer duties on our projects. You will safely operate the blade and related equipment while grading, embankment, and finishing work to strict specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform various operator/laborer duties on our projects.
• Safe operation of the Blade and other equipment.
• Grade excavation and embankment to lay base and other materials.
• Blade haul roads and other general work.
• Finish grade work to blue tops or other close specification control.
• Operate equipment – Caterpillar 140H and John Deere 672GP.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Description

As a Finish Blade Operator, you must will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

• Perform various operator/laborer duties on our projects
• Safe operation of the Blade and other equipment
• Motor Grader Operator will be responsible to grade excavation and embankment to lay base and other materials.
• The Motor Grader Operator may blade haul roads and other general work.
• In addition to the rough work responsibilities, the Motor Grader Operator will also performs finish grade work to blue tops or other close specification control.
• Equipment - Caterpillars 140H and John Deere 672GP
• Other duties as assigned Qualifications
