Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Assembler for our client in Lockport, IL. The role involves hands-on assembly, soldering under magnification, inspection, and production tasks to build electronic and mechanical subassemblies.

This is a permanent, direct hire position with competitive benefits and vacation. Pay ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, based on experience, and 1st shift hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related electro-mechanical assembly experience or military technical training.
• Ability to read work instructions, schematics, bills of materials, diagrams, and engineering change orders.
• Fine-pitch SMT soldering and rework under magnification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build electronic and mechanical subassemblies, including box builds, cable harnesses, and general electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Hands-on assembly, soldering, inspection, and production tasks.
