Macy’s is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You’ll greet customers, present pieces with confidence, and help them celebrate life’s milestones with elegance and care.

Using deep product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, you’ll build lasting relationships through consultative selling, loyalty programs, and coordinated events while supporting accurate stock and presentation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use point-of-sale tools and digital shopping tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in the Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex.
• Educate customers on metals, gemstones, and luxury brands.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs; support inventory and events.
• Ensure secure, accurate merchandise presentation and sale transactions.
