Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to be the resident guru for Fine Jewelry in-store. You will educate customers on product attributes, drive sales, and contribute to iCAP initiatives, while maintaining store standards and operating procedures.

The role includes 1% commission on qualifying merchandise and 10% commission on Service and Care plans, plus a benefits package and associate discounts. Previous retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals through product knowledge and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers to engage, determine needs, and help them decide on Fine Jewelry products.
• Participate in inventory processes and store operations to maintain a clean, organized environment.
