Job summary

JCPenney is hiring a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to be the resident expert on Fine Jewelry across the store. You will educate customers on product attributes, build clientele, and contribute to sales goals with in-depth knowledge and enthusiastic service.

The role emphasizes jewelry education, customer engagement, and a strong focus on iCAP and performance standards. 1% commission on qualified merchandise and 10% on Service and Care plans are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in retail, preferably jewelry or fashion.
• Ability to educate customers on product attributes and benefits.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to determine needs and guide product selection.
• Participate in inventory, transfers, and store operations to maintain a clean, organized floor.
• Support iCAP program and performance standards through selling and service quality.
