Job summary

Macy's in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, helping them select pieces for special moments and building lasting client relationships.

You will promote loyalty and warranty programs, assist with inventory, and support events while ensuring accurate presentation of merchandise.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Must read and understand employment policies and safety rules in English.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to use POS and digital shopping tools.
• Ability to open credit accounts and promote loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide product recommendations, assisting with fittings and digital shopping tools, and creating a welcoming customer experience.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining organized, shoppable space and leveraging clienteling tools.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs and support inventory and events.
• Ensure security, accuracy, and presentation of merchandise across the Fine Jewelry department.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
