Secrete Fine Jewelry in Washington, DC is seeking a sales-driven, highly organized consultant to join our family-owned boutique. You will guide clients through custom jewelry projects and our fine jewelry collections, delivering an exceptional client experience.

This role rewards initiative, proactive service, and relationship-building, with opportunities to learn custom design and repairs, and to grow within a respected independent jewelry boutique. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required, fine jewelry experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients.
• Self-starter who proactively contributes to store operations and client follow-up.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple clients and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience while guiding customers through custom jewelry projects and collections.
• Build long-term client relationships through thoughtful follow-up and personalized service.
• Assist with jewelry and watch repair intake, ensuring accuracy and clear communication.
• Maintain an organized, sales-ready boutique and support inventory organization and daily operations.
• Stay engaged on the sales floor to identify opportunities to improve the client experience and drive sales.
