Job summary

JCPenney seeks a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to spearhead customer education and sales for our Fine Jewelry department. You will be the in-store expert on product attributes, guiding customers to the right selections and building loyalty through exceptional service.

You will drive sales and contribute to the commission plan while supporting stock movement, inventory checks, and store operations. A minimum of 2 years in retail and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Ability to educate customers on Fine Jewelry attributes.
• Strong customer service and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to determine needs and assist in product selection.
• Perform inventory processes and ensure store accuracy (cycle counts, stock ledger, etc.).
• Support iCAP program and meet sales and service goals.
