Leap is seeking a Sales Advisor for our Boca Raton boutique to deliver elevated, personalized in-store experiences and drive customer satisfaction. You will build authentic client relationships, share product storytelling, and maintain brand standards on the sales floor.

Ideal candidates have luxury retail experience, strong selling skills, and a customer-first mindset. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required, with the potential for keyholder duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing environments.
• Strong selling skills with ability to present product knowledge and drive conversion.
• Customer-first mindset with hospitality focus.
• Adaptable and solutions-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative team player with clear communication.
• Professional, dependable and punctual with sound judgment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to execute visual, operational and daily tasks.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Active presence on the sales floor, including standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales initiatives and drive conversion and loyalty.

• Maintain visual and operational standards with strong attention to detail.
