JCPenney is seeking a Fine Jewelry Commission Sales Associate to be the resident guru for all Fine Jewelry in the store. You will educate customers on products and drive sales through in-depth product knowledge and excellent service.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, collaboration with iCAP processes, and contributing to store performance while earning commissions on qualified merchandise and service plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales goals and build clientele.
• Familiarity with the iCAP program (Instant Credit Application) is helpful.
