Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience in a jewelry environment.

• Experience with inventory management and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive store objectives and KPIs through ownership and initiative.
• Build memorable experiences by developing relationships with clients, team, vendors, and community.
• Lead the team to deliver excellent customer service, sales, promotions, events, and outreach.
• Develop product knowledge and suggestive selling to engage customers.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning to elevate selling skills.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and security, including price changes and transfers.
• Oversee merchandising, signing, replenishment, and cleanliness to maintain visual standards.
