Job summary

Belk is seeking a Fine Jewelry Associate in North Carolina to drive sales and deliver a premium customer experience. The hourly role emphasizes building client relationships, offering expert guidance on fine jewelry, and thriving in a commission-based environment.

You will own store objectives, create memorable in-store experiences, and utilize omnichannel tools to share inventory details and personalize recommendations.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize selling tools and digital devices to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel experience by confirming inventory and product details.
• Enhance customer experience by suggesting service plans, providing repair estimates, and handling shipments and minor repairs.
• Leverage training tools and vendor resources to build product knowledge and suggestive selling.
• Merchandise and replenish products; maintain visual merchandising and caseline standards.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by sharing knowledge and celebrating achievements.
• Support fulfillment and asset protection by executing omni/operations processes and safety protocols.
