Job summary

AHC Hospitality's Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids is seeking a full-time server to deliver guest-focused service in a fine-dining setting. You will handle table service, to-go orders, and support the dining room team while upholding Ruth's Chris policies.

The role requires restaurant experience, a high school diploma or GED, TiPs and ServSafe certification if possible, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well with fellow team members.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
• Must be able to safely carry a large tray up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication skills for fine-dining guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily restaurant operations and guest service.
• Assist servers and support staff to maintain clean, organized stations.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Follow Ruth's Chris and AHC guest service standards.
