Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be extremely organized; able to expedite multiple orders completely and correctly.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining room and deliver service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with all standards of fine dining service etiquette.
• Attend all scheduled staff meetings, pre-shifts, training sessions and menu rollouts.
• Assist servers with general service throughout the guest experience; provide water service offerings and replenish.
• Provide bread service and assist with removal of completed courses.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and quietly following service standards.
• Set up and stock service stations; follow side-work and closing duties.
• Support servers to ensure tables are set to standards and ensure teamwork.
