Qualifications

• Grooming must adhere to appearance guidelines.
• Extremely organized and able to multitask.
• Ability to service a twelve-table station.
• Strong knowledge of Micros ordering system.
• Good communication; relay guest feedback to supervisor.
• Self-starter; take initiative on projects.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Work outdoors in inclement weather when needed.
• Carry loaded trays safely and efficiently.
• English speaking and writing required.
• Team-oriented with guests and staff.
• Identify, address and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain safety and report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with fine dining service etiquette and standards.
• Attend staff meetings, pre-shifts, training, and menu rollouts.
• Assist servers with water service and replenishment.
• Provide bread service.
• Assist with removal of courses and table resets.
• Bus tables and maintain service areas.
• Stock stations and manage side-work throughout service.
• Clear and reset dirty tables quickly after guests depart.
• Break down bus trays and assist dishwashers when needed.
• Know table numbers and act as food runner when scheduled.
• Assist servers to ensure all tables meet standards.
• Work with teammates to maximize efficiency.
• Follow emergency safety measures and health codes.
• Maintain a positive, professional work atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
