Qualifications

• Must adhere to appearance guidelines.
• Extremely organized and able to handle multiple orders.
• Ability to service a twelve-table station solo.
• Knowledge of Micros ordering system.
• Strong communication; English required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long hours.
• Customer-service oriented with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of fine dining service etiquette.
• Attend staff meetings, pre-shifts, training and menu rollouts.
• Assist servers and provide water service.
• Provide bread service and reset tables.
• Bus tables, stock stations, perform side-work.
• Break down bus trays and assist dishwashers.
• Know table numbers and act as food runner when scheduled.
• Ensure all tables meet standards; collaborate with team.
• Follow safety and health codes.
