Amara at Paraiso in Miami, FL is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in our casual fine dining setting. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires cash handling, upselling, and a polished appearance. Prior experience with cocktails and wine is preferred; strong English communication and reliability are essential to help the team smoothly operate across

Qualifications

• Casual fine dining serving experience 3-5 years minimum.
• Full service experience with cocktails, wine, beer.
• Possess math skills and ability to handle money and operate a POS system.
• Learn menu and wine program; absorb changes from management.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and greet guests and ensure they feel attended to.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes and make recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar via POS.
• Deliver orders promptly and manage table turnover smoothly.
• Assist bussers and fellow servers as needed to ensure service flow.
• Prepare final bill and process payments, including credit cards.
• Maintain clean service areas and reset tables after courses.
• Provide courteous service and address guest requests promptly.
