Job summary

Faena Group in Miami Beach seeks a dedicated Food & Beverage Server to deliver impeccable hospitality at our restaurant. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, handle payments, and help maintain the dining area in pristine condition.

The role requires knowledge of menu items and wine selections, polite, responsive service, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within our luxury hotel and cultural brand.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' food and beverage orders, and serve according to hotel specifications.
• Process payments and handle POS transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant area.
• Know wine/champagne descriptions and assist with menu selections.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and stock/restock as needed.
