Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, wine and cocktail knowledge, taking orders with accuracy, upselling, cash handling, maintaining table setups, coordinating with kitchen and bar, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher required.
• Minimum one year of FOH serving experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to use technology, e.g. tablets.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide gracious, professional service.
• Know wine pairings and in-house cocktails; upsell items.
• Follow cash handling procedures and explain shortages/overages.
• Set up and maintain clean tables and dining area.
• Work as part of a team to deliver Marriott-level service.
• Attend required department meetings and stand ups.
• Communicate guest needs to management when issues arise.
