Job summary

Holbrook Life is seeking a server to warmly greet guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and runners to ensure a polished dining experience. You will maintain service quality, uphold safety standards, and handle payments with accuracy while providing attentive hospitality to residents and guests.

Ideal candidates have prior server experience, English fluency, and relevant food handler or alcohol service permits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• Previous server experience preferred.
• Food Handler's and/or Alcohol Service Permits as required by regulation/law.
• Demonstrated affinity for residents and hospitality service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room and service stations before service.
• Greet residents and guests warmly and provide attentive hospitality.
• Present menus, explain daily features and make recommendations.
• Take orders accurately and enter into TOAST with modifiers and allergies.
• Monitor tables and coordinate with culinary staff for timely service.
• Inspect items before serving and ensure quality.
• Process charges and payments according to Holbrook procedures.
• Serve alcohol responsibly when certified, following ID checks.
