Job summary

Columbia Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Server for Salish Lodge & Spa to create exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, upselling opportunities, and flawless dining execution.

You will take orders, deliver meals with tableside flair, handle POS transactions, and maintain a pristine dining environment. The position offers an hourly rate of $17.13 plus tips, with eligibility for various perks and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as server in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
• Licenses: State Food Handler’s License and Liquor Serving Permit.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and beverage items to guests in accordance with established standards.
• Execute tableside flambe service for signature desserts to create memorable experiences.
• Enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Assemble food items such as appetizers, salads and soups.
• Ensure attractive presentation and correct serving temperatures of all items.
• Maintain knowledge of menu changes and sold-out items.
• Process guest payments with proper cash handling procedures.
• Keep dining area clean and organized.
