Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking talented Fine Dining Servers for both full-time and part-time roles. Hourly wage plus gratuity eligibility, with signing bonuses for hires between Aug 15 and Oct 31, 2026.

Flexible 3:30pm–10:30pm schedule Tue–Sat in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in upscale dining or similar settings, exceptional service orientation, and knowledge of ENCORE.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in upscale dining preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Familiarity with ENCORE POS system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level dining service in fine dining venues.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and presentation.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

• Typical shift hours: 3:30pm-10:30pm (Tuesday through Saturday)
