Job summary

Woodfield Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking energetic Fine Dining Restaurant Servers to join our exclusive dining operation. This is a hourly wage plus gratuity eligible role with both full-time and part-time opportunities, and signing bonuses for new hires joining between August 15, 2026 - October 31, 2026.

Typical shifts 3:30pm–10:30pm Tuesday through Saturday. Candidates should have 1–2 years experience in upscale dining or related settings, strong service orientation and communication

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional service orientation and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 1-2 years previous experience in a upscale restaurant, hotel, or country club environment preferred.
• Knowledge of ENCORE, preferred.

Woodfield Boca Raton is currently seeking talented individuals to work in our exciting and busy exclusive dining operations, for both full-time and part-time opportunities. We currently have opportunities available for: Fine Dining Restaurant Servers (Hourly wage + Gratuity-eligible)

• Signing bonuses are available for newly-hired associates for the fine dining positions that apply and begin employment between August 15, 2026 - October 31, 2026!***
