Job summary

Promontory Club in Park City, UT is hiring a Food and Beverage Fine Dining Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our members at The Peak.

Requirements include two years of fine dining serving experience, Utah food handler certification within two weeks, and a valid UDABC alcohol server certificate; must be at least 21 and authorized to work in the United States. Wages start at $14 per hour plus tips, commensurate with experience, with benefits such as PTO, holiday pay, and meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; must obtain Utah food handler certification within two weeks.
• Must have or be able to acquire Utah alcohol server certification.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet the Member(s) in a friendly and professional manner; develop relationships with our members.
• Take food and beverage orders, communicate dietary and allergy needs to the kitchen.
• Deliver meals and beverages, ensure guest satisfaction and follow up as needed.
