Job summary

Promontory Club is seeking a skilled Fine Dining Bartender for Sage, our new Italian concept. The role requires 1–2 years of bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails and wines, and the ability to maintain an immaculate bar environment in a high-end setting.

Wages start at $16.00/hr + tips; must be 21+ and able to obtain Utah food handler and UDABC certifications within two weeks. Uniforms are provided and employee meals are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; must obtain Utah food handler certification within two weeks of employment.
• Valid UDABC alcohol server training certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fine wines.
• Prepare traditional cocktails and apply mixology techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar.
• Manage bar stock and inventory; order supplies as needed.
• Assist with opening and closing side work; wear provided uniforms.
