EverTrue is seeking a dining-server to deliver upscale service in a refined environment. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy of food and beverage delivery while maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining areas.

Knowledge of dietary restrictions and menu details is essential. The role requires 1–3 years of fine dining or country club experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (preferably 2–3) of waiting in fine dining or country club.
• Read and follow recipes, diet orders and resident preference cards.
• Willing to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Be patient and tolerant toward staff, residents and families.
• Develop constructive relationships and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service consistent with upscale dining.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
• Greet guests courteously and address dissatisfaction when needed.
• Know menu details, allergens and preparation methods.
• Make recommendations and share information about items.
• Master drink recipes and input orders into the computer system.
• Serve 16+ guests at a time and recall orders when requested.
• Ensure product quality and correct any issues affecting guest experience.
• Perform dining service setup and maintain supplies and equipment.
• Assist with catering setup, salads, desserts and beverages as needed.
• Receive and store food and supplies; maintain proper serving temperatures.
• Assist in all cleanup tasks to keep dining areas clean and organized.

May assist in some aspects of food preparation.Responsibilities1. Provide excellent customer services that promotes satisfaction and is reflective of an upscale dining experience2. Take and serve food/beverage orders timely and appropriately that is reflective of an upscale dining experience3. Greet customers with courtesy and friendliness, making quick decisions to address dissatisfied customers when needed4. Know all details of the menu including description, which items contain allergens, and able to describe to guest how each items is prepared and cooked5. Make recommendations or share additional information with customers regarding the menu6. Have full knowledge of all drink recipes to enter into computer software 7. Serve 16 or more guests at a time; Recall orders upon request by guest8. Check products for quality and correct any problems that may prevent a guest from enjoying their visit9. Perform defined work routines, using various dining service utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned10. Assist with any and all aspects for dining service set-up, including dining room and tables/placings set-up, stocking buffets and serve station, preparing beverages, salads and desserts and other food items as instructed and in accordance with recipes, and assistance at catering events.11. Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies, ensuring all foods are served at proper temperatures and on time.12. Assist with any and all aspects of clean-up to ensure all dining service areas are maintained in accordance with policies and standards by completing daily cleaning duties, busing tables, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming, washing dishes, removing trash, stocking and storing items correctly and keeping all dining service work areas clean.Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
